Refund Policy

All sales are final.  We only accept returns for refund, for items damaged in transit.  Gordoughs Garage sells unique items and, in most cases, we do not stock duplicate items and would not be able to facilitate a replacement.

We strive to provide high quality and wide selection of items. Gordoughs Garage sells new and like new items.  Selling like new items, does not lower the quality and integrity of the items we sell.  However, it may mean that an item sold may be flawed with a minor blemish, scratch, scuff or marking.

Due to the fragile design of the packaging for some products, they may accrue shelf “wear & tear” due to handling, stocking, and/or shipping. We do our best to make sure that contents are undamaged. Select items may exhibit paint flaws from the manufacturer and is not considered damaged or flawed. Some items are considered collectibles and may have been items traded in, so it is not unusual for them to have “wear & tear” handling or transport.

To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving product at info@gordoughsgarage.com to alert us of the damage. After sending the email, you must return the damaged item to us.  All returned items are inspected and compared to the photos we take during packaging and shipping.  Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it has been accepted or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card that was used for original payment.  If rejected, you will receive an email with the reasoning behind the decision.
